🗣️ English-Only Communication

• All public communication (Discord server chat and global chat) must be in English.
• Speaking another language in local chat is allowed only if every player involved understands it.
• If any player who does not speak that language interacts with you, you must switch to English immediately.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

• Any racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful remarks = instant permanent ban.
• Applies in-game, on Discord, and in any related community space.

🤝 Basic Respect is Mandatory

• No harassment, trolling, bullying, or excessively toxic behaviour.
• Treat others with respect at all times.

🎙️ Voice Channels are Not for Drama

• Do not join voice channels to argue, rant, or complain about deaths.
• If a rule is broken, report it via a Ticket system — staff will handle it.

📺 Stream Sniping is Harassment

• Watching someone's stream to track, locate, or kill them is prohibited.
• Applies whether the streamer is aware or not. Instant ban.

🖼️ No Excessive GIF Spam

• Minimal GIF usage is allowed in text channels.
• Spam or disruptive posting = warning or ban.

🗺️ No Location Sharing of Others

• You may share your own location only.
• Revealing another player's location without their consent in any chat = warning or ban.

🪺 Nest Griefing is Forbidden

• Creating or Spawning into a nest just to kill hatchlings or destroy eggs is an instant Slay 💀 and will recieve a Warning ⚠️

🚨 Combat Logging is Forbidden

• Logging out while chased, hiding in unreachable terrain, or under group protection is prohibited.
• You may only safe-log if:
• You have been out of combat for more than 5 minutes.
• You have been camped for more than 5 minutes.

🌊 No Water Suicides

• Drowning yourself to deny predators food is a bannable offense.

🎭 No "Friendly" Group Baiting

• You cannot act friendly or harmless to trick others into combat.
• Once friendly contact is made (chat, calls, proximity behaviour), you may not attack unless both sides agree to a spar.
• Applies to your own species and herbivore mixpacks.

🔁 No Revenge Killing

• You cannot respawn with the intention to attack the player who killed you, You must wait at least 30 minutes before being able to go back and start a fight with the same person that initially killed you.

⏰ No killing during reset timers

• Killing during the 10 min window reset timer is prohibited, please avoid fighting at all costs and and safelog out of the server beforehand.

🙅 Do Not DM/Tag Staff for Unlocks or General Questions

• Use the proper help channels and commands.
• Staff will not provide unlocks, grows, or similar advantages on request.

🆘 Misuse of /unstuck is Prohibited

• Only use /unstuck if you are genuinely stuck and unable to move.
• Using it to escape combat, avoid predators, or undo a mistake you made = bannable.
• Staff will not assist with unstucks during combat situations.

⇄ Real-World Trading Restriction

Under no circumstances may players sell, trade, or otherwise transfer Meat or Bones to other players in exchange for real-world money, goods, or services. Any attempt to engage in such real-world transactions is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or other actions deemed appropriate by the server administrators.

• Any attempt to exploit or Bypass a limitation system will result in a slay and a warning.
• Any attempt to exploit or use any kind of bugs in-game will also result in a slay and a warning, Including G cancelling and N cancelling for all dinos.
• There are no ban appeals — all bans are final.
• You are 100% responsible for knowing and following the rules.
• Report all rulebreaking with in-game replays (F2) and/or screenshots.
